Van Horn is home to the Culberson County-Allamoore Independent School District (CCAISD), a district with a vision for the future. Through partnerships with Odessa College, Van Horn High School students have the opportunity to graduate with both a high school diploma and an Associate’s Degree.

CCAISD has made significant investments to meet the growing needs of its students and community. With the passage of multiple bond packages, the district is enhancing its facilities, including the construction of new playgrounds, upgrades to stadium facilities, and the renovation of the historic Delaware School. Additionally, the district is expanding housing for teachers to attract and retain the best educators for our students. CCAISD’s state-of-the-art school buildings and programs are designed with the future in mind. The district’s vision, “Every student graduating with a College Associate’s Degree and at least one STEM Industry Certification,” is a testament to its commitment to student success.
